We’re on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a big part of keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, and you’ll be the go-to person for customer enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing sales orders accurately
* Keeping customers updated on deliveries
* Preparing consignment notes and delivery dockets
* Passing on customer feedback or issues to management
* Helping out with general office admin
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable using computers and office systems
* A positive and problem-solving mindset
* Good attention to detail and time management skills
* Previous admin or customer service experience (manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential)
3 month initial probation period applies.
