The opportunity is for a dynamic and driven SMSF Solutions - Business Development Lead who is passionate about SMSFs, thrives on hunting new business opportunities, naturally builds trusted client relationships, and is adept at delivering fit-for-purpose SMSF solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

This is a full-time role, based in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane, with the ability to primarily work remotely.

In this role, you will:

* Drive growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue growth.
* Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with SMSF practices and key partners.
* Communicate with impact: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value.
* Champion client satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional client experience.
* Build deep expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the SMSF and broader wealth management landscape.

We're looking for someone who brings:

* Sales/Business Development experience, ideally within the SMSF or financial advice industry.
* A results-driven mindset and a track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
* A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
