? About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing property team in a role that blends
financial admin, and hands-on property inspections
. No two days look the same — one day you'll be preparing owner statements, and the next you'll be on-site overseeing inspections across our portfolio.

? What You'll Be Doing
Managing AP/AR across commercial and residential properties
Processing rent, outgoings, invoices, bonds/guarantees, and monthly disbursements
Preparing trust reconciliations and monthly owner reports
Monitoring arrears and assisting with follow-up
Supporting budgets, outgoings audits, and EOFY tasks
Maintaining accurate financial and compliance records
Property & Inspection Duties
Conducting routine, entry/exit inspections
Completing detailed condition reports with photos and recommendations
Identifying maintenance needs and coordinating with contractors
Liaising with tenants, owners, and the property team
Providing operational support to property managers
? What You Bring
Experience in property management or property finance
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills
Confident communicator with great report-writing ability
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Familiar with property accounting systems (PropertyTree, Cirrus8 ideal)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
