The opportunity
A SHAPE Bid Coordinator is the collector and creator. They are the central point of contact, working with all parts of the business to pool together resources and create compelling submissions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Compile all documentation, proof, and prepare tender submissions for approval.
2. Format, print, and bind submissions to a high design standard.
3. Establish and manage Bid Action Plans for delivery of submission requirements.
4. Maintain and update Bid & Strategy documentation/information database.
5. Draft and edit executive summaries as required.
6. Provide client research and background analysis to the bid lead.
7. Provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender.
8. Identify improvement strategies throughout the bid process.
9. Create dynamic opportunities and maximise the customer experience.
10. Work with internal stakeholders to determine the bid response strategy.
About you
To become a SHAPIAN, you'll need:
- Experience in a Graphic Design, Communications, or Tender Submissions coordinator role.
- Design skills with a flair for creativity and imagination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Experience in communication design, styling, and branding awareness.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, be well-organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with relevant stakeholders of specific tenders.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat (Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency would also be desirable).
