We are seeking a detail-driven Human Resources Associate to support our HR, payroll, commissions, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in payroll, finance, HR support, or commission analysis.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll & Commission Support: Respond to payroll and commission questions professionally and promptly, assist with payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation, and support commission calculations, reviews, and troubleshooting.
* HR Administration: Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, document management, and respond to HR-related queries around policies, entitlements, and general staff information.
* Training & Compliance: Support training activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to broader HR projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in payroll, finance, HR support, or commission analysis
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
