Part-Time Breakfast Chef
Are you an early riser with a passion for beautifully presented breakfast service? We're looking for a skilled and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Chateau Yering Hotel.
Set in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Chateau Yering is a luxury heritage hotel renowned for its elegant dining experiences, warm hospitality, and commitment to quality produce. Breakfast is an important part of our guest experience — and we're seeking someone who takes pride in delivering it to the highest standard.
The Role
Part-time position – 5 mornings per week
Early starts (typically 7.00am)
Responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality à la carte service.
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
Supporting stock control and minimising waste
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house team
About You
Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery (eggs, hot breakfast items, dietary requirements)
Ability to work independently and manage a smooth service
High standards of presentation and food safety
Reliable, punctual and well-organised
A positive, team-focused attitude
