Role Overview:
We're seeking a strategic Head of Manufacturing Systems to lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing IT systems. You'll ensure systems support operational excellence, quality, and production efficiency while driving digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the strategy, delivery, and support of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, automation tools).
* Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and production quality.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to align systems with business goals.
* Implement system governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
* Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver technology solutions.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing systems team.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in manufacturing systems leadership, ERP/MES implementation, or industrial IT.
* Strong knowledge of digital manufacturing, process automation, and production optimisation.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology projects.
