The Opportunity

Are you a Finance & Real Estate professional who thrives on the systems, strategy, and people behind a successful team? We are looking for a highly organized Group Operations Coordinator to become the engine room of our business. Reporting directly to the Licensee, you will bridge the gap between leadership and daily operations, ensuring our teams are supported and our processes are world‐class.

The Role

As our Group Operations Coordinator, your mission is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of all departments. This is a dynamic role that balances leadership with hands‐on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Systems & Efficiency: Monitor best‐practice workflows and implement new work systems to drive efficiency across the group.
* Compliance & Risk: Oversee all legislative and compliance obligations to ensure the business remains protected and up to date.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for third‐party suppliers, stakeholders, and internal communications.
* Operational Support: Manage general office duties, organize corporate and team events, and provide coverage across roles during staff absences as required.

* Logistics: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
