The Role
As our Group Operations Coordinator, your mission is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of all departments. This is a dynamic role that balances leadership with hands‐on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Systems & Efficiency: Monitor best‐practice workflows and implement new work systems to drive efficiency across the group.
* Compliance & Risk: Oversee all legislative and compliance obligations to ensure the business remains protected and up to date.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for third‐party suppliers, stakeholders, and internal communications.
* Operational Support: Manage general office duties, organize corporate and team events, and provide coverage across roles during staff absences as required.
