Mercure Warragul is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Front Office Attendant.
Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
We are looking for someone with experience as a receptionist, preferably within the Hotel Industry.
A minimum of 6 months receptionist experience is required.
Tasks involve, liaising with guests, Team work and having a high level of communication skills, emailing skills and phone skills.
Availability to work all shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends is required for this casual role.
Key responsibilities include:
*Greeting guests and managing check in and check-outs.
*Answering phone and email enquiries.
* Managing bookings and reservations
*Assisting guests with inquiries during their stay
*Liasing with housekeeping.
