A bit about the role:
- Our client is looking for the next claims superstar, looking for an opportunity to build strong client relationships in an environment where you have direct access to the decision-makers and the ability to influence how the claim is managed.
- Working within a local claims team whilst being part of the larger national team, with support from the Manager
- Interfacing closely with brokers, discussing claims strategy
- Undertaking client claims reporting and meeting with them to discuss claims, identifying any trends

About you:
- Several years with a direct insurer in a claims management role, working on a heavy motor portfolio
- A strong desire to obtain a positive outcome for your client
- Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as personal presentation
