We are looking for a talented Mobile UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to join our growing team long-term.
You will take ownership of the mobile user experience across our iOS applications — from wireframes to polished UI and developer handoff. This is not a short-term contract role — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and help shape our product direction.
* Design intuitive, elegant mobile interfaces in Figma
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
* Build and maintain scalable design systems
* Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
* Translate complex clinical workflows into simple, usable experiences
* Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
* 3+ years experience in mobile UI/UX design
* Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
* Strong understanding of iOS and/or Android design guidelines
* Experience working in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software (preferred)
* Experience working alongside engineering teams
* Strong attention to detail and structured design thinking
