We are seeking an experienced Store Person to lead the daily operations of the Toowoomba Stores in our Engineering Solutions team.
The key focus of this position will be to monitor all outgoing customer orders and incoming product deliveries for the Toowoomba warehouse.
Responsibilities Of The Role
1. Oversee store activities to ensure efficient operations
2. Supervise and mentor the store team to maximise performance and work safely
3. Monitor and manage stock levels, and oversee goods receiving and dispatch processes
4. Assist our customers with orders and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
5. Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to facilitate returns and backorders
6. Manage paperwork associated with the movement of products and provide regular reports on stock levels
What You'll Bring
1. Recent experience in a warehousing or store person role
2. Natural leadership qualities and 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
3. Current forklift licence and a great safety record in operating equipment
4. Strong understanding of inventory control systems and familiarity with warehouse management software
5. High level attention to detail and accuracy
6. Formal training in logistics, warehousing or supply chain would be advantageous
