We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Sydney.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our loyalty program, collaborating with the store Visual team, and training and developing your Sales Advisor team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experience and promote our loyalty program
* Collaborate with the store Visual team to create an inspiring shopping environment
* Develop and train your Sales Advisor team through promoting a feedback culture
* Actively promote our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
Your Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
* The ability to delegate, follow up, and provide constructive feedback
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* The ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
* The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business goals

Requirements:
* Previous leadership experience with proven sales success and team development (Ideally 1 year)
