Our knowledgeable Food & Beverage Event Service Expert (Part time/ Casual) will strive to ensure that guests of Deco Lounge & Banquet, Hobart experience a truly immersive and personalized customer experience.
You will deliver a level of service that is warm, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end, balancing elegance with effortless charm.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing our guests with warm and engaging customer service at Deco Lounge & Banquet.
You will respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements, set up banquet areas/rooms ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment, inspect and maintain table setups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems.
Additionally, you will document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
About You Experience working in a similar position in a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.
