As a Professional Learning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Early Education through impactful learning. You will join a purpose-driven organization committed to delivering best practice in early childhood education.
This dynamic leadership position involves organizing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive professional learning and development framework that supports the team to thrive and deliver excellence aligned with the National Quality Framework.
* You will lead a team of Trainers and Assessors, fostering strong partnerships with Registered Training Organizations (RTOs).
* You will design and deliver high-quality learning programs that uplift and empower our growing workforce across multiple centers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience and expertise in designing and delivering professional development programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* A strong understanding of RTO compliance requirements and vocational education standards.
* Leadership experience in managing teams of Trainers and Assessors to successfully deliver formal qualification programs.
* Experience in developing external partnerships to enhance formal qualification offers for employees.
* Strong knowledge and experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Comprehensive understanding of RTO Standards, NSW Smart and Skilled contract, and the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
