The Role_
Carry out tasks as assigned in support of departmental operations and objectives.
Assist in the rollout and delivery of IT additional services to facility residents.
Liaise with third party suppliers of IT product and services where required.
Help drive organisational efficiencies through implementing new information technology initiatives and projects.
Provide a high level of communication and reporting to internal users where IT issues and problems arise that impact operational requirements.
General IT administration requirements and projects as directed.
You will offer:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with passion and patience.
Practical experience providing IT support and assistance in a multi-site organisation.
Experience working with printers, MFD and the setup and support of these technologies is desirable, as is experience with Office 365, Microsoft Office product and SharePoint.
A current driver's licence and car is required.
A proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
