Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store operations, and leading a passionate team to achieve exceptional results.
Your primary objective will be to oversee the efficient operation of the store, ensuring optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. You will also motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in:
* Ensuring efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and other key performance indicators.
* Motivating your team to achieve exceptional results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
* Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, identifying areas for improvement.
* Effectively managing wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards, and GRIA guidelines.
* Coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their skills through training and succession plans.
* Ensuring efficient OH&S management and adhering to state and national OH&S legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Demonstrated Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
* A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
* The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and drive sales growth and KPIs.
* A sound operational and strategic skill set, including experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
* Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control.
* Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments.
