You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining market leading high-performance trading systems and infrastructure. Objectives:
* Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems and algorithms using modern C++ and other relevant technologies.
* Build, maintain, and support one of the world's most powerful trading platforms while continuously improving performance, functionality, and stability of the system.
* Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to understand their requirements and implement efficient solutions.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
* Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of trading systems.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the trading infrastructure and maintain their competitive edge.
Required skills:
* 3+ Years of experience working in C++
* Experience across trading system development is preferable
* Interest in solving open-ended problems using analytical methods
* Strong understanding of multi-threaded application design and development
* Experience working across distributed systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
