Customer Service Professional
This role involves providing exceptional customer support and experience to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders efficiently using Oracle Order Management system.
* Create service parts quotes to support sales growth and conversion.
* Provide prompt and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
* Build working relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehousing/Transportation teams.
* Manage returns and credits accurately.
