Customer Service Professional

This role involves providing exceptional customer support and experience to customers across Australia and New Zealand.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer orders efficiently using Oracle Order Management system.
* Create service parts quotes to support sales growth and conversion.
* Provide prompt and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
* Build working relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehousing/Transportation teams.
* Manage returns and credits accurately.


About You

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in commercial roles. You possess excellent multitasking and communication skills, and are able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.


Your Skills Include:

* Proven experience in similar commercial roles.
* High proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Dependable, reliable, and open to change.
