This hands-on role includes coordinating deliveries, maintaining warehouse operations, and supporting procurement with supplier management and stock control.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and is aligned with Moduplay’s values: playing the long game, going for the best possible outcome, and Hungry, Humble, Smart.ResponsibilitiesWarehousing & LogisticsManage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including loading/unloading trucksMaintain clean, organised, and compliant warehouse facilitiesOperate forklifts and company vehicles safely and efficientlyOversee inventory control and ensure accurate record keepingCoordinate transport schedules to ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites across AustraliaControl and prepare parts orders and arrange delivery to customersTransportOperate MR vehicle to deliver goods locally and regionally if requiredEnsure vehicle being operated are maintained and compliant with safety standardsProcurement SupportAssist with ordering materials and supplies in line with production schedulesLiaise with suppliers and track purchase orders and delivery timelinesMonitor stock levels and coordinate timely reorderingCompliance & ReportingUphold WHS standards and safe working practices at all timesConduct and report on regular stock takesMaintain accurate documentation for logistics, vehicle logs, and procurement activitiesSkills & ExperiencesMust be able to work with limited supervision and as an effective team member.RequiredCurrent Forklift License (LF)Medium Rigid (MR) Truck LicensePrevious experience in logistics, warehousing or supply coordinationPhysically fit and able to perform manual handling tasksStrong communication and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accountabilityPreferredExperience with procurement or stock management softwareBasic understanding of manufacturing or construction supply chainsFamiliarity with WHS practices in warehousing or transportBenefits Of Working With ModuplayFull-time position in a multi-faceted manufacturing plantOpportunities for growth across operations and supply chain functionsAbove award ratesWork with a great teamLunch provided every dayEligible for the bonus planImmediate startApplySubmit your CV and cover letter via Seek if this sounds like the right opportunity for you!Moduplay Group is an equal opportunity employer.
