About the Role
Working within a highly regarded brokerage team, you will be responsible for managing customs clearances while ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customs clearances for import shipments
* Ensure compliance with Australian Border Force and biosecurity regulations
* Liaise with clients, internal teams, and government agencies
* Classify goods and prepare accurate documentation
* Provide advice and support to clients regarding customs processes
About You
* Licensed Customs Broker (or recently licensed)
* Experience within freight forwarding or customs brokerage
* Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
