**Job Title:** Live In Carer Disability 7 Days On
We are seeking a full-time carer to provide direct support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in the Busselton Greater Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to help our clients live independently and engage in household activities to thrive in their home environment.
1. Providing 24/7 live-in care and support to clients with various disabilities on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster
2. Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
3. Accompanying clients to medical appointments, social activities, and community engagements when other carers are not available
4. Working with our team to implement individualised support plans to help clients achieve their goals
5. Fostering a safe, comfortable, and enriching living environment for clients
6. Collaborating with the broader care team to ensure seamless service delivery
7. Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
