Key Responsibilities

* Lead a national team of complaint managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint management processes and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proven leadership capabilities. They must also be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a security clearance. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $117,665 to $138,493 per annum.
