Your role as Director of People Strategy & Business Development
Engage in structured conversations with individuals exploring current career or business opportunities. Introduce proven tools and programs that help them navigate change. Provide coaching and consulting to support their early‑stage growth and ongoing development. Participate in weekly training and strategy sessions via Zoom. Leverage your commercial expertise to expand your own reach while guiding others. Promote award‑winning programmes and events that impact people’s lives.
Qualifications
- Has 5 years of experience in senior business development, people leadership, sales consulting or growth strategy
- Communicates confidently and clearly
- Thrives working independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Is comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom and Google Meet
- Prefers to be rewarded for results, not hours logged
