New Opportunity in Local Automotive Business

Pickerings Automotive Group Townsville represents 14 new vehicle manufacturers as BMW, Motorrad, Mini, VW, Skoda, INEOS, KIA, Hyundai, MG, LDV, and Geely including Prestige European brands, niche brand manufacturers and operates two Used Vehicle locations in the city.

The Administration Q & A position is full-time, and is responsible for the end-to-end management of all new vehicle delivery across multiple franchises, as well as the coordination of the relevant documentation.. This role is pivotal in ensuring that accurate stock levels are maintained in alignment with historical sales data and that all vehicle records are meticulously managed within the dealer management system.

Working closely with new vehicle department managers, the Administration Q & A plays a key role in maintaining the seamless flow of vehicles and relevant documentation across the dealership group.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administration by using the dealer management system (DMS) for Pre-Delivery vehicles
* Reconcile and maintain the vehicle process in Pre-Delivery, with administrative tasks
* Administration of vehicle invoices where required and booking-in slips for all incoming stocks
* Support the Pre-Delivery deadlines and Q&A activities related to Detailer efficiencies
* Monitor the key management system for Pre-Delivery to the Dealerships
* Undertake additional stock control and administrative duties as required by management.

Skills & Competencies:

* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Competency with dealer management systems and manufacturer ordering platforms
* Knowledge of vehicle logistics and stock management practices
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Qualifications & Experience:

* Previous experience in a dealership or highly organised administration role is highly desirable
* Familiarity with franchise-specific systems as (BMW, Hyundai, etc.) is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealer management systems
