About The Role
The position functions with a high degree of independence providing clinical intervention and advice, workflow organisation and service development relating to the clinical pharmacy service at the Ipswich Hospital.
About You
High level knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice and knowledge of hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.
High level ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
High level ability to provide training, direction, and guidance to health clinicians.
Ability to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
