You'll lead a large multidisciplinary team and act as the key interface between the head contractor, state government stakeholders, design consultants, and delivery partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex hospital development, from pre-construction through to completion and commissioningEngage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including direct interface with state government departments and health authoritiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and commercial requirementsDrive high standards in safety, quality, and risk managementFoster a strong team culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountabilityOversee program performance, financial management, procurement, and major contract negotiationsAbout YouProven experience delivering complex, large-scale health infrastructure projects (>$500m)Extensive experience working with a Tier 1 or leading head contractor in a leadership roleDeep understanding of health planning, clinical stakeholder engagement, and highly serviced building deliveryStrong commercial acumen and contract administration experienceDemonstrated ability to engage confidently with state government clients and senior stakeholdersAble and willing to relocate to or live in Perth for the duration of the projectRelevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or project managementWhy Apply?
