**About the Role:**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support services for people in their homes, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
Job Description:
The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and social support. You will be required to travel between clients' homes, providing person-centred care and support tailored to their individual needs.
* Personal Care: Assist clients with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
* Domestic Tasks: Help with light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Social Support: Accompany clients to social events, shopping, or medical appointments, and provide emotional support as needed.
* Equipment Assistance: Help clients use aids and equipment, such as standing frames, wheelchairs, and hearing aids.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance.
* A current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
* An NDIS workers screening check.
* A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services.
* A smartphone with internet access.
