What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the right care, support, and entitlements. Review medical, rehabilitation, and financial reports to make informed and accurate claim decisions. Apply sustainable, cost‑effective strategies while keeping the wellbeing of injured workers at the centre of everything you do. Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and external partners to deliver proactive case management. Provide exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and genuinely care. Relevant Experience: Ideally in Workers Compensation, claims management, portfolio coordination, or a call‑centre environment. Backgrounds in psychology or allied health are highly regarded. Empathy & Communication: You listen deeply, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
