We're looking for a hands‐on leader with a proven management background – someone who knows how to build strong, collaborative teams and deliver consistent results. You lead with energy, invest in your people, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves on the shop floor. And day‐to‐day, you'll own stock flow, drive product presentation and keep the operation running like a well‐oiled machine – all while creating an environment your team actually wants to be part of.

* A track record of smashing financial and team targets

* Strong operational know‐how across high‐volume inventory and merchandising
* A sharp eye for standards, safety and doing things the right way
* Automotive or trades experience is a bonus – but not essential.
