Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities
* Perform high-volume, full cycle recruiting to all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
* Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
* Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
* Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
* Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
* Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
