About the Role
We are seeking a medical call centre operator/receptionist to support our Hobart head office and clinic.
This is a permanent part time role of approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours when covering staff leave or during busy periods.
As one of the "voices of Earworx", you will create positive first impressions for patients across Australia. You'll engage with patients over the phone, via email, and in person, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and behaviours expectation.

Your role will include:
* Answering calls and making accurate bookings
* Providing friendly front-desk reception support
* Providing support to our Registered Nurses and Senior leadership team, and administrative team—working together to keep our clinics running smoothly Using multiple computer systems confidently
* Preparing clinic rooms and supporting basic instrument cleaning
* Helping maintain a clean, safe, patient-ready environment
* Supporting administrative tasks as required
