Key Administration Role
This part-time administration role involves providing day-to-day operational support to the transport business. You will be responsible for reconciling driver timesheets and runsheets, supporting payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
* Reconcile driver timesheets and runsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with EBA requirements.
* Support payroll processing by verifying hours/kilometres against company policies.
* Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of timesheets, runsheets, and other documentation.
* Process customer orders and send relevant documents as required.
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience, preferably in a transport/logistics industry setting.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
* Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
