Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care Services
At our 130-bed single-level residential aged care home, we are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a key leadership opportunity where you will have the chance to drive operational and clinical performance while enjoying a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care home
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
- Operate effectively within budgetary guidelines
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 5 years of highly relevant employment experience in nurse leadership/management roles
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes
- Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
- Collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
