Woods & Co. Recruitment have partnered with a growing, Australian-owned privacy screening and installation business. We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join their expanding team, delivering supply and supply/install projects across commercial and residential sites throughout Melbourne.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating works onsite, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing
* Coordinating and delivering screening installation projects across Melbourne
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients onsite
* Leading and supporting a small onsite team
* Managing job schedules, materials, tools and site readiness
* Carrying out hands-on carpentry and installation works as required
* Liaising with internal production teams to ensure timely fabrication and delivery
* Troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues efficiently
* Maintaining quality control, WHS standards and site compliance
What we're looking for
* Qualified Carpenter (Cert III or equivalent) – fencing experience highly regarded
* Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Installer
* Forklift licence (mandatory)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with both clients and team members
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Full Australian working rights
