**About the role**
Based in Henderson and reporting to the Warranty Manager, this role will - at an operational level - manage and facilitate the safe and efficient delivery of equipment and services to our clients at an agreed cost and quality standard in support of warranty activities.
**_ Key objectives & responsibilities include:_**
- Administer the overall Warranty Process, and manage stakeholder communications, including the facilitation of Field Service Reports (FSR), Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Equipment Requisitions and client orders
- Manage requirements and deliverables and provide adequate support to deliver the agreed output in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all stakeholders
- Produce, source and maintain company records to provide accurate progress and reporting in accordance with both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Manage the successful delivery of equipment or resources for the benefit of all stakeholders, regionally, nationally or globally
- Manage stakeholder expectations around the delivery of agreed outputs
- Assist with the addition of new stakeholders onto the company ERP system
- Process Invoices for Payment
- Establish cost codes in the ERP
- Forecast and adjust cost estimates, directly or indirectly, via project and finance reporting
- Organise and follow up on the return of defective parts to original equipment manufacturers and/or suppliers for warranty analysis and cost recovery where possible.
- Assist with Continuous Improvement Strategies
- Facilitating the travel of Austal personnel, and our contractors, as and when required

**_Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:_**
- Most important for success in this role is high-level administration skills, with intermediate proficiency across the MS Office suite, along with excellent people and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholder
- Prior experience working in a similar position within a dynamic and outcome focused environment, will be highly regarded
- A Cert II in Business Administration or similar, along with a basic knowledge of Financial Reporting will be advantageous
- Exposure to or a working knowledge of both SharePoint and Pronto would also be held in high regard
- Possess excellent time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- A customer service orientated team player with a "can do" attitude, and the ability to consistently provide high-quality output and work
- Be diligent, self-motivated and calm under pressure
- Results and goals orientated, with an excellent attention to detail
- Be strategic, analytical and innovative, with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Hold a Construction safety induction (white card)
