Responsibilities

A Telstra Retail Consultant thrives on making sure our customers connect faster, better, smarter. Each day is an opportunity to showcase your X-factor. Your knowledge, progressive sales approach and consultative service will empower you to support and deliver solutions for our customers.

We are hiring to support in-store teams with a multi-faceted role that suits people with the following attributes and skills:

* The ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
* An appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
* A drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
* The hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
* A positive and resilient approach to customer service within a busy environment
* Experience in a customer-facing role
