Junior Lawyer for Employment Law
We are seeking a junior lawyer to join our Labour & Employment team in Perth. The ideal candidate will work directly with our highly regarded L&E team, enjoying opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in Sydney and across our global network.
This is a fast-paced role for a motivated junior lawyer ready to grow within a supportive and globally connected team. We are looking for someone with a passion for Employment Law and a minimum of 12 months of legal experience in Employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong advisory experience in Employment Law
* Litigation and advocacy exposure
* Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top-tier service
* Collaborative mindset paired with confidence to work independently when needed
* High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills
* Experience and interest in workplace health and safety well regarded
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-3 years post-admission PQE
* Background in private practice essential; in-house experience valued
