**About this role**
Supporting Account Managers in Brisbane & PNG with operations of our diverse Business Unit. You will be constantly challenged with tasks from our AMs supporting Clients Projects. Under the leadership of the Operations Lead, you will focus on delivering a high level of support to the Recruitment, Operations and global mobility divisions using strong organizational skills and attention to detail. On a daily basis you will be coordinating and facilitating Brunel's Services for Expatriate and local citizen personnel on projects throughout Papua New Guinea and Australia
**Daily tasks**:
- Facilitating Business & Work Visas online along with developing relationships with Consulates
- Complete Travel Register & Travel Insurance reports for tracking purposes
- Support the General Manager and Account Managers with reporting, event management and marketing
- Assist Account Coordinators with on-boarding activities for both domestic and international workforce
- Various Procurement and Logistics support for Client Project sites
- Facilitating PPE Orders and preemployment medicals in Australia and abroad
- Generating Employment Contracts using Brunel's internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provision of Operational Support across Recruitment & Projects Teams
**About you**
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Tertiary education desirable
- Experience in travel or operations extremely beneficial
- Excellent Administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent Communications skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interface with all levels of Management, Staff and Contractor Personnel
