Food And Beverage Australia Limited ("FABAL"), one of the two shareholders of BVCC, is an agri-tourism and wine group with investments in many types of related food and beverage industries.
BVCC has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the business, based in the Barossa Valley on a full‑time basis. The BVCC complex is situated upon a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda.

We are seeking a versatile, hands‑on Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly while providing some front‑of‑house and marketing support as required.
Primary Responsibilities – Office Administration (70 %)
Daily Operations
Customer service email and phone monitoring
Customer queries/issues including bookings via Now Book It platform
Banking
Data Entry – production sheets via Cin7 Program
Assist with IT Systems / POS (setup & problem solving)
Assist with reviewing & processing online sales
Ad‑hoc duties (as required by direction of General Manager).
Report creation
General office support
Asset & File management – organising and maintaining digital files and image libraries
Cleaning onsite (shared responsibility)
Front‑of‑House Support (as required) (10 %)
Customer‑facing service with a friendly, professional manner
Secondary Responsibilities – Marketing Support (20 %)
Assisting with social media content scheduling and posting
Distribution of marketing collateral throughout the venue
Basic design work using templates (POS materials, simple brochures)
Website maintenance and updates
Copywriting support for product descriptions and communications
Media monitoring
About You
We're looking for an organised, adaptable team player who:

Has strong administrative and customer service skills
Is comfortable with basic design tools and social media platforms
Can switch between office tasks and customer‑facing duties seamlessly
Takes initiative and doesn't need constant direction
Has a keen eye for detail and organisation
Experience in an administration role
Adaptability and Flexibility to changing priorities
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational abilities
Familiarity with social media platforms
Experience with Shopify program
Experience with Adobe or similar design tools
Hospitality or retail background
IT & Accounting experience
