The Opportunity
As the Lease & Property Manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio including retail centres, commercial assets and specialised sites. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimising occupancy, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring strong financial performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end leasing management across a mixed portfolio
* Negotiating lease terms and securing quality tenants
* Preparing and reviewing lease documentation in collaboration with solicitors
* Managing rent reviews, outgoings, and financial performance
* Maintaining tenancy schedules and portfolio reporting
* Overseeing property compliance, inspections, and maintenance coordination
* Acting as the primary contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
* Leading and supporting a small property and maintenance team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial property or leasing management
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful leasing outcomes
* Solid understanding of lease structures, property legislation, and compliance
* Financial acumen, including rent reviews and outgoings management
* Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications
Qualifications in Property / Real Estate (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
