**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Dealing with couriers and outgoing/ incoming delivery enquiries
- Contributing to monthly reports, forecasting, calendar collaboration, & other business report requirements as needed
- Management of all website updates and enhancements.
- Order Processing for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly
- Preparing Promotional submission forms
- Preparing New Line submission forms for range extension, NPD etc.
- Assisting Sales team with relevant sales tasks
- Providing support to Key accounts and online sales Manager, including but not limit to prepare marketing/sales presentation, promotion form, and create report using our various data sources.
**Critical skills to the role**:
- At least one year relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written **English and Chinese** skills
- Exceptional customer service skills in communication and attention-to-details
- A willingness to grow and develop with the role
