Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead change initiatives within the HR Team, driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals.
2. Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships.
3. Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
4. Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess their effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style environment.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
