Position: Scribe
Location: Canberra
Clearance requirements: A security clearance is highly desirable but not essential
Overview
We are seeking experienced scribes to assist our APS clients with recruitment for ongoing positions from APS2 – EL2 levels.
Your Responsibilities
* Attend Selection Panel interviews in person or via Teams to take comprehensive notes to capture the deliberations and decisions accurately
* Produce high quality interview reports in line with APS/Departmental Recruitment Guidelines
* Conduct reference checks
Experience / Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in scribing within the APS
* Understanding of the APS Legislative Framework that underpins all APS recruitment
* Ability to be flexible with assignments
* Ability to complete accurate reports within a tight deadline
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Demonstrated disciplines within HR and or Recruitment is highly desirable but not essential
