Role Description
We are seeking a full‐time, Byron Bay‐based Client Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships while ensuring smooth project delivery. The Client Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, addressing client feedback, identifying opportunities for growth, and enhancing client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
* Proven experience in client management, account management, or a related role
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Analytical and problem‐solving skills; ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies
* Knowledge of software development processes or experience working with creative/technical teams is a bonus
* Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and ability to thrive in a remote‐first environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
