Job Description
As the Senior Workforce Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping workforce efficiency and labour optimisation across the business. You will partner directly with senior Finance, Commercial, Payroll and operational stakeholders, using large‐scale datasets, advanced modelling, and AI‐driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Key focus areas include:
* Translating complex labour and workforce data into actionable insights for non‐technical leaders
* Designing and deploying AI and machine‐learning models to understand labour cost variations, productivity drivers, and optimisation opportunities
* Building executive‐ready dashboards and briefings (Power BI) highlighting trends, risks, and improvement outcomes
* Challenging existing processes and influencing labour transformation initiatives
* Supporting organisational objectives and contributing to a collaborative, people‐focused culture
The Successful Applicant
* Strong excel capability
* Strong analytical ability with experience working across large datasets
* Demonstrated experience preparing insights, reports and recommendations
* Ability to communicate complex data clearly to a broad range of stakeholders
* Familiarity with AI tools will be looked upon favourably
