Senior Kitchen Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef to lead our fast-paced kitchen in a dynamic environment. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for managing a large team of multicultural professionals, executing menus, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end kitchen leadership across all services with a focus on productivity and efficiency
* Managing and mentoring a large kitchen team with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
* Menu execution, training, and consistency standards that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Stock control, ordering, and supplier management with attention to cost and quality
* Food cost, wastage control, and Gross Profit (GP) targets that drive business growth
* HACCP, food safety, and compliance protocols that ensure a safe working environment
About You
* Minimum 5+ years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume venues with strong track records
* Proven experience in fast-paced service environments with high pressure and demand
* Strong people leadership and training skills with a focus on staff development and retention
* Excellent cost control and operational discipline with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing profitability
* Calm under pressure with outstanding service execution and attention to detail
