We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development across the residential aged care sector for a growing Workforce Extensions franchise.
Reporting to a passionate franchise owner-operator, you’ll be the face of our healthcare recruitment services, connecting care providers with quality workforce solutions that support their mission.
About the role:
1. Identify and win new business opportunities in aged care and healthcare
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships with aged care facilities
3. Work closely with your franchise owner to set and exceed growth targets
4. Represent a trusted national brand known for people-first workforce solutions
About you:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales (health or aged care industry experience highly regarded)
2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills
3. Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently
4. A genuine passion for people and purpose-led work
