We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as the Process Lead reporting to the Senior Manager Business Analysis and Process Transformation.
A bit about your role
This role within the Business Operations and Program Governance team is responsible for leading process and technology transformation initiatives across the Networks division.
Its primary focus is designing and integrating business processes to support new capabilities, ensuring alignment with existing systems and methodologies.
The role collaborates closely with stakeholders and corporate groups to drive program outcomes and is an active member of the BPM community of practice, contributing to shared learning and continuous improvement across nbn.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate holds preferably a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
They have experience leading business process improvement projects particularly within telecommunications and are skilled in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Key competencies include project management, BPMN process mapping, change management, stakeholder engagement and analytical problem-solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to scope, estimate and report on project progress are essential for success in this role.
