We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team based in Cannington.
Key Responsibilities
* Entering of creditor invoices and maintaining vendor files
* Processing and managing daily / weekly / monthly payment runs to suppliers
* Reconcile supplier statements and follow up discrepancies and queries
* Maintain organised and up to date record keeping for internal audit and compliance
* Payout of vehicles off finance floorplans
* Checking and processing of dealership EFT requests

Skills & Experience
* Accounts Payable / Receivable in a similar dealership role
* Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Positive, proactive team-oriented attitude
